On Stuart Weitzman, I led the UX team through a discovery engagement, highlighting best practices and identifying key short and long term experience opportunities for the Stuart Weitzman site.
The initial discovery engagement evolved into a larger replatforming effort focused on creating foundational experiences and flows that will eventually be leveraged across all Tapestry brands (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman, and Coach Outlet). We also began outlining a cross-brand design system.
