I seek out opportunities to learn, to grow, and to make a difference. People are my greatest source of inspiration, and I feel most fulfilled in my work supporting our agency community, mentoring managees, and continually learning from my teams and our organization.
In 2019, I was selected from a pool of over 50 applicants as a lead for our New York Office Leadership Team (NYOLT). We moved through a period of transition and mergers with the goal of improving office morale and creating programs that fostered a sense of wellness, community, culture, and belonging.
Since 2020, I have served as a national co-lead of Publicis Parents, a cross-agency diversity group within Publicis Groupe. I served for the several years prior as a New York area lead for Vivamama, a group for mothers. In March, we rebranded Vivamama as Publicis Parents, ushering in a more inclusive mission just as the pandemic began hitting our workplaces.
Publicis Parents provides community support, spearheads programming, and advocates for the improvement of parental policies and programs. It serves as a bridge between the community and Publicis Groupe leadership. In 2020, we more than doubled our community size while creating programs and events that ranged from discussing race with children to cooking family friendly meals.
In March 2018, I completed HBS Online’s Credential of Readiness Program with Honors. Spanning Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting, these courses widened and strengthened the lens through which I consider the customer experience.
